Below you'll find my top recommendations to help you hit protein, care for your foundational health, and reach your goals! 

LEVEL -1

- Slow cooked protein that's designed to mimic the digestion of a whole food protein source which reduces the stomach upset caused by a lot of other whey proteins.

- Quick Digesting protein that helps in replenishing, repairing, & recovering muscles post-workout.

 Magnesium

 

Magnesium is one of my top supplements I take daily that I swear by.

​

On-going stress, consistent training, deadlines at work, a house of screaming kids...all reason why you may be struggling to unwind at the end of the day!

​

This stress can inhibit our body's ability to relax and get into a deep, restful, restorative sleep! When you are in Deep Sleep, your muscles are able to relax and recovery processes can occur optimally overnight. If there is too much muscle tension, though, this can negatively impact your progress no matter what your goal is!

I LOVE this magnesium. I can 100% tell a difference in my sleep when using it!
